Meet Justin

Justin Gasman

Justin grew up in the car business and officially began his automotive industry career in 2003. In 2014, he joined the McCaddon Cadillac Buick GMC staff in Boulder, CO, as the dealership’s sole full-time F&I professional. That year, he won first place in F&I and Showroom’s F&Idol contest and helped McCaddon earn F&I Pacesetter status.

Justin is AFIP Master-certified and is dedicated to conducting every transaction legally, ethically, and professionally.

In 2023, Justin was recruited by Reahard & Associates, Inc. out of Soddy-Daisy, TN, to be their Senior Training Consultant. The only training Justin does currently is for R&A and their dealer partners, exclusively.

Justin was born in Denver in 1982 and grew up in Lakewood, graduating from Green Mountain High School. His son Leo was born in 2013 and they enjoy a wide variety of activities together ranging from skiing, traveling, Mario karting and go karting!
